The Oaks Park Community Boathouse (OPCB) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that manages a rowing and paddling boathouse and dock located in Oaks Amusement Park in Portland, Oregon. Established in 2013 by the four clubs housed in the boathouse - Oregon Rowing Unlimited, Lewis & Clark College, Portland Kayak and Canoe Team, and Willamette Rowing Club - OPCB serves as the facility manager and helps build community between the clubs and with the larger rowing and paddling community in Portland and beyond.

The Oaks Park Community Boathouse mission is the effective and ongoing management of the Boathouse, supporting the mission of the four founding clubs, providing a home for independent rowers and paddlers, and the improvement of the facility and dock for the benefit of our clubs, boathouse tenants, and the public.

OPCB is overseen by a Board of Directors with representatives from each of the four founding clubs. The board meets 2-3 times a year, with an annual meeting held in early December.
Day-to-day management of OPCB is the responsibility of the Boathouse Manager, Sam Taylor. You can email Sam at manager@oaksparkboathouse.org.
